Lyndsay began her career in education in Texas in 2001, where she taught high school Biology, and coached soccer and volleyball. She joined BASIS Charter Schools in 2013 at BASIS Ahwatukee and served as the Dean of Students, Director of Student Affairs, and Director of Academic Programs.
