BASIS Phoenix North is a K–12 public charter school opening to grades K–5 in August 2024, for the 2024–2025 school year.
The campus will serve families living in the northern Phoenix area—north of Loop 101 and along I-17, in the North Phoenix, Anthem, and New River areas.

After teaching in the Midwest, Kathryn joined BASIS Charter Schools in 2018 as a teacher at BASIS Phoenix Central. She moved into administration first as the Director at Building Blocks Preschool and then as Director of Academic Programs at BASIS Peoria Primary.
Originally from the Midwest, the bulk of Kathryn's professional career has been in the kindergarten classroom, and then as a preschool director. She joined BASIS Charter Schools in 2018 and has worked at BASIS Phoenix Central and Building Blocks Preschool in addition to BASIS Peoria Primary.
Michael joined BASIS Charter Schools in 2014 as the Director of Operations at BASIS Oro Valley. In 2015, he relocated to the West Valley to become the inaugural Head of Operations at BASIS Goodyear. Prior to that, he worked in education for eight years.
