Jennifer Castle

Jennifer Castle joined BASIS Scottsdale Primary East in the 2018 as a Kindergarten Teacher Fellow which led to an Early Education Teacher role. Ms. Castle then expanded her skills in the Dean of Students role before becoming the Director of Academic Programs.

Ms. Castle is a veteran of the United States Air Force where she served as a Security Specialist and held the title of Sergeant. She graduated from Park University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and has a Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri. While living in Missouri, Ms. Castle worked for non-profit organizations, as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, implementing state and county policies serving children and adults with intellectual disabilities. She moved to Louisiana and became the Director of Case Management Services to the under privileged population of the greater New Orleans area.

Ms. Castle’s passion for teaching took flight when she joined the Kindergarten Team at BASIS Scottsdale Primary East. She has a strong connection with the students and understands the needs of the teachers. She is excited to continue supporting both the students and teachers as the Director of Academic Programs.
