Enroll NowBASIS Cedar Park Primary and BASIS Cedar Park are tuition-free public charter schools serving grades K–11 for the 2025–26 school year. Our upper school is expanding by one grade level each year, so your child will receive a full K–12 education. With our accelerated curriculum, robust student support system, and variety of enriching extracurriculars, we empower students to achieve at globally competitive levels.





BASIS Cedar Park provides students with a well-rounded educational experience that will set them up for success in college and beyond. We are incredibly proud of our students’ hard work and dedication. Last year, we had over 40 award recipients of the national Presidential Volunteer Service Award. We also have several high-achieving academic competition teams. Our high school Quiz Bowl team is the Texas state champion, our Science Olympiad team placed fourth in the nation, and our Math Kangaroo team placed third in the nation.

BASIS Cedar Park extracurriculars change year to year based on student interest. Some of our most recent offerings include Dance Club, Drama Club, Writer’s Club, Lego Club, Science Olympiad, Speech and Debate, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, and Tennis.
At BASIS Cedar Park, our after-school program (Late Bird) fees are $30/day. Financial aid is available for qualifying families.
A typical class size at BASIS Cedar Park is about 30 students. We have two teaching professionals in the classroom from grades K–3, which reduces our student-teacher ratio.
BASIS Cedar Park students study Mandarin from kindergarten to grade 3. Beginning in grade 8, students may choose from Mandarin, Spanish, and French.
Personal devices (including cell phones, smart watches, and computers) are not allowed in school. Students should leave their devices at home or keep them turned off and stored in their lockers or cubby.
Because cubbies are not a secure storage space, it is not advised that students store their valuables here. Please note that the school is not liable for lost or stolen devices.
