What Makes Us Special

We cultivate a lifelong love of learning through hands-on, dynamic activities. During the day, students learn about subjects such as Engineering, Phonics, Science, Math, Mandarin and much more. After school, students can participate in extracurriculars such as Cooking Club, Code Ninjas Chess Club, Pickleball and Golf. BASIS Scottsdale Primary East extracurriculars change year to year based on student interest. However, here are some of our most recent offerings:

Soccer Club, Tennis/Pickleball Club, Code Ninjas, Jr. Chef Club, Friendship Club, Drawing club, KPop Dance Club, Cheer Club, Chess Club, Math Club, Little Med School, Kidokinetics, Lego Club, Golf Club, First Lego League

Full-day kindergarten at BASIS Scottsdale Primary East is $420 per month or $3800/year. Our half-day kindergarten program is tuition-free.

At BASIS Scottsdale Primary East, our after-school (Late Bird) fees vary based on your student’s grade. For full-day kindergartners, Late Bird is free until 4:00 p.m. For 5:30 p.m. pickup, our kindergarten Late Bird fees are $130/month, $550/semester, $1,000/year, and $25/day for daily drop-ins. For students in grades 1–4, our Late Bird fees are $325/month, $1,450/semester, $2,600/year, and $40 for daily drop-ins.

The typical class size at BASIS Scottsdale Primary East is 28–36 students. We have two teachers in the classroom from grades K–3, which reduces our student-teacher ratio.

BASIS Scottsdale Primary East offers Mandarin. When students advance to BASIS Scottsdale for high school, they may choose from Mandarin, Spanish, or French.

At BASIS Scottsdale Primary East, cell phones must be kept in backpacks and turned off.
