BASIS Charter School students receive unparalleled college counseling support. From early exploration in ninth grade to one-on-one senior year guidance, we’re dedicated to helping students achieve their higher education goals.
From grades 9–11, students take several Advanced Placement courses each year, achieving subject mastery and earning college credits. All students complete at least six AP Exams prior to graduation, and all exam fees are covered by the school.
Capstone Courses
Our post-AP capstone courses are the crown jewel of the BASIS experience. These advanced seminars emulate the college classroom, pushing students to think critically and independently.
Senior Projects
During the final trimester of their senior year, students complete a Senior Project—an intensive, off-campus internship. Partnering with local organizations, students gain invaluable real-world experience, setting them apart for college and beyond.
