BASIS DC provides students with a well-rounded middle school and high school experience that will prepare them for success in college. We offer a wide range of AP courses, as well as post-AP capstone courses for our seniors. We are proud of our diverse learning community and positive school culture. Our students form connections and build leadership skills by participating in school events, competitions and peer tutoring programs.

BASIS DC extracurriculars change year to year based on student interest. However, here are some of our recent offerings:

At BASIS DC, our after-school (Late Bird) fees are $2,000/year or $275/month. Our daily drop-in fee is $35/day.
A typical class size at BASIS DC is 30 students.
BASIS DC offers Spanish, French, Mandarin, and Latin.
At BASIS DC, cell phones must be turned off and put away during class. Students in grades 8–12 may have them during lunch.
